打麻將起口角　打傷人判賠5千

【陳偉周／新北報導】新北市一名黃姓男子，去年9月20日在朋友家打麻將，過程中黃男與身旁的吳男起口角，黃男嗆他說「劫數難逃！」對方脫口1句3字經，黃男氣得大喊，「不玩了！」雙手一攤揮到吳男右眼，導致右眼眶挫傷，報警驗傷提告。
 
檢方調查，2人打牌過程中起爭執，吳男指控黃說，「根本是故意揮拳揍我！」黃男則聲稱，當時沒注意吳在旁邊，雙手一攤表示拒絕繼續打麻將，不慎揮打到他。本月5日全案經法院審理，依過失傷害罪判黃男賠5千元，得服勞役5天。
