報案電話互推害命　不排除懲處失職人員

【陳韋劭／新北報導】新北市1名女子前晚接獲住苗栗的同學想要自殺，女子趕緊報案，不料打了12通電話才完成報案，但已多花了23分鐘；女子同學昨天上午在明德水庫被發現，但已成一具冰冷的遺體。

新北市消防局救災救護勤務指揮中心主任蕭力愷表示，當時確有接到報案電話，但因地址不明確，才給報案人苗栗消防局電話，但給的電話是舊的，確實有疏失，對於相關人員是否懲處，尚在調查中。對於接獲他轄報案轉到機制，消防局也會進行研議精進。
