【綜合報導】當音樂老師十多年的黃小姐，存夠了錢，終於要從租屋族晉升為有屋一族，但她買屋的唯一顧慮，不是家人，而是為了她養的十一隻貓，「養貓咪要搬家很難跑遠。」

《壹週刊》報導，房市專家SWAY帶黃小姐在她租屋多年的文山區找房，山坡地找到每坪五十一萬元的三房新成屋「敦南觀止」，外觀氣派，重要的是，文山區安靜又方便，適合她養貓。

看屋時，黃小姐裝不熟文山區，挑三撿四要砍價，走出社區大門後又補一句：「我會再上實價登錄網站，看有沒有機會殺到四字頭的單價。」真是購屋族的好榜樣。
