國道3號大鵬灣端至林邊交流道北上封閉

【陳如嬌／台北報導】高速公路局宣布，配合屏東縣政府防颱作業，今晚封閉北上國道3號大鵬灣端(431.5公里)至林邊交流道(430.1公里)，做為屏東縣林邊低窪地區於颱風期間的車輛避難場所。南下路段則未實施管制。

高公局說，封閉路段約可提供400多輛汽車停放，避難車輛依屏東縣林邊分局現場員警指揮，由國道3號大鵬灣端進入管制路段停放於路肩，車輛駛離時須順向北上行駛至林邊交流道東港方向北上入口匝道迴轉逆向離開。林邊及東港地區北上車輛，仍可由台17線經林邊交流道北上入口匝道進入國道3號。
