馬總統下午視察中央災害應變中心

中央氣象局已在19日晚間8時，宣布天兔颱風增強轉為強烈颱風，中央災害應變中心已在20日凌晨12時30分成立。馬英九總統將在20日下午4時30分，出席中央災害應變中心舉行的天兔颱風第二次工作會報，聽取中央各部會針對天兔颱風所做相關因應措施。
