偷拍屢犯不改　港大博士生遭判再教育

【綜合報導】一名香港大學的博士生因一再偷拍女性裙底風光，19日遭屯門法院判處進入懲戒所進行再教育。
 
現年24歲的香港大學博士生黃聖淇是父母眼中的乖兒子，去年年底他因偷拍女性裙底被判監禁8周，後上訴至香港高等法院獲改判社會服務，事隔半年再度犯案後又被送入法院。今年6月7日至7月10日間，又數次拍攝女性裙底，黃嫌落網後警方在他的攝影機中發現多達194段偷拍影片，大多為年輕女性裙底風光。
 
法官裁示，被告的心理報告中指黃嫌經常閱讀色情書刊，以致性觀念嚴重扭曲，再犯機會較一般人為高，社會服務只能輕微糾正觀念，為防止黃姓被告將來成為智慧型罪犯，須予以嚴懲，因此勒令其進入懲戒所進行輔導與教育。
