CNN：天兔最強風暴

天兔颱風昨天晚上升級為強烈颱風，CNN主播強調這個今年以來，地表上最大的風暴，雖然還在鵝鑾鼻外海，但已經開始影響台灣和菲律賓的天氣，民眾千萬不能掉以輕心。

CNN氣象主播不停強調，天兔的暴風圈不但很大，結構更是紮實，颱風眼清晰可見，靠近颱風中心的風力相當驚人，近中心最大風速為時速260公里，瞬間最大陣風更達315公里。

預測天兔將從菲律賓北部沿海，在南台灣擦邊而過，東部將首當其衝降下豪雨，尤其花蓮為最，預計在週日颱風就會襲擊香港。
