21日清晨起 台北10級以上強陣風

強颱天兔快速增強並逐漸逼近，氣象局提醒，周六全台各地都有降雨情形，台東、花蓮、宜蘭、屏東、高雄、南投地區會有超大豪雨，台北從清晨開始將有10級以上強陣風出現，民眾要特別留意。

根據氣象局最新資料顯示，強颱天兔下午2點半中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南東方約440公里海面上，維持時速18公里向西北西移動，近中心陣風達55公尺，瞬間最大陣風68公尺，暴風圈半徑廣達280公里，結構紮實。
