中午太大心肝了，買了好市多的牛肋條一口氣煎了半盒… 家裡的人已經吃到看了會反胃的程度，徵求好心人把牛排領回去吃！ (只是現在稍微有點涼掉，需要加熱請跟我說~) 用無鹽奶油煎3分熟，烤箱預熱烤至8分熟，沒帶血。本人中西餐餐飲證照都有，請不用擔心烹飪過程。附贈白飯，炒空心菜，黑胡椒醬牛排，烤花枝，綠紫菜蛋花湯，如果想吃糖芯蛋或者荷包蛋可以另外幫您準備！ (不需要也沒關係！) 我這邊有紙盒可以讓你裝，不用帶便當盒，只有一份喲… 我家在三多商圈這邊，因為手機發文比較不好寫信，麻煩要索取者站內信完幫我推一下文，也讓其他人方便喔！非常感謝您。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.70.110.56
