小時候家裡阿嬤會煮一大鍋肉燥(瘦肉)或瓜子肉燥、香菇肉燥然後就可以吃很久可是阿嬤過世了就沒有這種肉燥飯可以吃了...... 後來長大到外面去吃發現大概有六七成的店家肉燥飯魯肉飯滷肉飯全都是肥肉五花肉丁+皮的那種形式有沒有人知道外面哪間店是有賣瘦肉肉燥飯的嗎? 台南市市區或永康新市都OK 肥肉吃久有點膩(而且昨天中秋吃了不少肥肉／　　　　＼) 最後不免要說...這東西怎麼有那麼多名字>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.109.5
