性侵姪孫逼和解　男堵門口嚇「再侵犯」

【綜合報導】彰化一名61歲賴姓男子今年6月涉嫌性侵同住在三合院內、年僅15歲姪孫女，被害人父親報案，賴男要求和解，但被害家屬拒絕，賴男每天搬躺椅，守在其家門口，並恐嚇其父說「你若不在，就要再侵犯你女兒！」被害家屬十分擔心。

被害人父親以雖家境清寒、低收入戶，女兒身心障礙，「但也不能賣女兒賺錢！」警方上周五獲報後，緊急加設巡邏箱且約制賴翁。

家屬今天向議員陳情，案發後，賴翁又再度性侵女兒4次，不敢上班只能在家保護並將女兒鎖在房間內，十分無奈。警方表示，賴翁7月中旬，已被檢察官依妨害性自主起訴，將再傳喚被害人，製作筆錄，研判是否能申請預防性羈押。
