【短片】小狗便溺　主人痛打還錄影炫惡行

【綜合報導】因為小狗不小心在客廳地毯上便溺，飼主朝牠狂打咒罵，狗狗毫無反擊能力，縮在牆角任由主人打罵，發出低沉的悲鳴聲，飼主還囂張地把這段打狗影片拍下放上網，對教訓狗狗似乎理所當然的樣子，不過正因他將影片上傳到網路上，遭人舉報到動保協會。
 
動保人員即刻前來拯救這隻被打的小狗，表示發現牠時，小狗看起來相當畏縮，非常害怕人類，並對飼主提出告訴，獸醫檢查後表示小狗相當健康，這名飼主會定期帶狗狗去運動和餵食，顯示飼主有妥善照顧牠，但懲罰小狗出手過重，雖然狗狗身上沒有任何傷痕，但心理恐深受創傷。
 
這隻小狗是飼主的爸爸送給牠的禮物，他還曾形容小狗是他最好的朋友，法官判定飼主不是虐待動物的慣犯，處以入獄8周，並禁止他5年內飼養任何寵物。
