標題[請問] 公司外勞 回國 一定要搭仲介公司專車嗎??

想請問 公司中的一位外勞因為合約已滿 明天是最後一天工作天 下個禮拜二要搭機離台了 但是沒想到他們仲介公司居然要這位外勞 搭乘仲介公司的小巴士專車 並收取 高於市價2倍的包車費用 (1700) 我們自己搭公車 總花費只要350就可以到機場了 該位外勞還跟我說 真的只能搭仲介公司的車 不能自己另外坐車 即使我陪同... 想請問這是對的嗎?? 仲介公司是說 要安全護送外勞到機場 才算完成他們的使命 但因為他們三年合約 是三年前9月20左右簽的 到了今年9/24 合約本來就已經滿了吧?? 且就算真的不搭他們的車 他們有辦法對該外勞做出甚麼法律上的懲處嗎?? 還麻煩懂法律的前輩 或者是有過類似經驗的板友幫忙了 感激不盡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.240.174
