【短片】強颱天兔海警發布　明發陸警

【張勵德／台北報導】中央氣象局今晚（19日)11時30分發布天兔颱風海上颱風警報，據氣象局觀測資料顯示，強颱天兔目前中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南東方740公里海面上，以時速18公里向西北西移動。海上警戒區域包括巴士海峽、台灣東南部海面及東北部海面。
 
氣象局表示，天兔颱風今晚轉為強烈颱風後，目前暴風圈半徑已經擴大到280公里。如果天兔未來移動方向及路徑沒有特殊變化，最快明(20日、周五)上午將發布陸上颱風警報，預估明入夜後各地風雨將逐漸轉強，請民眾要盡早做好防颱準備。
 
氣象局也提醒，目前恆春半島、台灣東半部沿海及綠島、蘭嶼已有長浪出現，台灣沿海地區亦有較強陣風出現，請民眾前往海邊活動時要特別注意。
