【陳雍仁／綜合報導】前NBA得分王T-Mac(Tracy McGrady)雖在今年宣布退休，但他還是難改「大砲」個性，日前在推特(Twitter)猛虧在本季NFL美式足球表現不佳的美洲虎隊，他說：「美洲虎應該給我1次試訓的機會，我可以試試4分衛的位置，或接球員的位置。」暗指美洲虎的4分衛與接球員表現太糟糕。
 
T-Mac的留言引起大批球迷迴響，多數球迷力挺，並深信T-Mac有能力勝任NFL，還有球迷直接呼籲：「美洲虎，給T-Mac1次機會吧！」但美洲虎對T-Mac的放話並未回應。
 
T-Mac童年時最愛的運動項目不是籃球，而是美式足球和棒球，他在9歲時還曾獲得州美式足球冠軍。
