中市東峰公有市場將委辦民營

【黃任膺／台中報導】臺中市政府經濟發展局有意將東峰公有零售市場1樓攤位區、地下空間委託民營，規劃委託經營管理期間5年，期間屆滿，經考核營運績效優良者，得同意續約1次。基本租金總額為330萬元，包含地上1樓攤位區及地下空間，面積約1533.67平方公尺。

市府表示，北屯區消費人口眾多，「吃在北平（路），穿在天津（路）」一語道出天津、北平商圈對臺中人生活具有舉足輕重的地位，位於北平路與天津路之間之東峰市場，對大臺中的經濟發展扮演相當重要的角色。如能有效規劃商機無限。

經發局將以公開評選方式辦理委託經營管理，凡法人或經政府立案之人民團體或商號，均得參加投標，意者可洽04-22289111轉經發局市場科。
