江揆立院施政報告　依慣例向主席鞠躬

【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺明天將赴立法院施政報告，行政院發言人鄭麗文上午表示，明天施政報告如順利進行，江揆上台前會依照慣例，向主席鞠躬、致意，「這是慣例也是禮貌」，在施政報告過程中以及到立法院過程中，也會按照慣例稱呼「王院長」，「這是尊重司法裁定，符合現在暫時狀態的作法。」

鄭麗文強調，江揆已經收到立法院邀請，會依照《憲法》規定如期前往立院施政報告，「這也是行政院長職責所在。」至於在野黨如阻撓議事如何因應？鄭說，這要看立法院的狀況，還是要尊重立院黨團協調。
