少年無照載弟害摔死　自責哭喊「對不起」

【綜合報導】竹東鎮田姓少年（17歲），前晚無照騎機車載8歲弟弟外出吃消夜，途中遇上同方向一輛休旅車違規跨越雙黃線迴轉，因閃避不及擦撞車頭摔車，他右手骨折，後座弟弟摔飛20公尺遠，因未戴安全帽頭部重創送醫不治，他傷心跪在急診室弟弟冰冷遺體前哭喊「弟弟，對不起！對不起！你快起來呀！」，懊悔不已。

檢警昨相驗，8歲田姓男童頭部重創，顱內出血致死，休旅車駕駛林興建（44歲，竹科工程師）及騎機車的田姓少年均沒酒駕，少年無駕照，林男供稱，因想回母親家才迴轉，沒看到後方有機車。兩人被依過失致死罪嫌移送，檢察官諭令林男兩萬元交保，田姓少年則是限制住居。
