【陳冠宇／新北報導】凌晨1時許，新北市泰山民權街一處3樓民宅外牆發生電線走火的狀況，所幸4樓住戶及時醒來由陽台澆水將火勢撲滅，警消抵達時現場已毫無火煙，結束一場虛驚。
