聯合抽驗 確保中秋食品衛生

食品藥物管理署表示，截至9月13日，各縣市衛生局針對中秋節應景食品共抽驗655件，共15件不合格，不合格率2.3％。針對不合格產品除立即勒令販賣商下架不得販售外，並依違反食品衛生管理法第18條及22條規定，處新台幣3萬元~300萬元的罰鍰。

食品藥物管理署建議民眾在選購中秋節食品時，應注意散裝食品產地、品名、存放環境及保存條件（冷凍-18℃以下，冷藏0～7℃）；包裝食品的成份原料及製造廠商及食用期限等。食材經開封後，應儘早食用完畢，避免變質，確保食的安全。
