歐巴馬對敘利亞化武協議表示歡迎

【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬14日對美俄外長就敘利亞問題所達成的協議表示歡迎，他認為對敘利亞的化武進行監管與摧毀，確實是「重要而具體的一步」。但歐巴馬也強調，要是外交途徑失靈，美國隨時準備好採取（軍事）行動。

歐巴馬說：「這個（美俄達成共識的）框架提供了一個機會，以透明、迅速、確實的方法來銷毀敘利亞的化學武器，如此不但能終結這些武器對敘利亞人民的威脅，也包括對世界其他地區的威脅。」
