利用網路購票省時又省力，卻被查出違法規定；消基會指出，消費者購買的藝文展覽票券，在活動結束前都能向主辦單位申請退票，但博客來、丹堤咖啡、兩廳院及華娛售票卻限定展期結束前10天起不接受退貨，明顯有違現行法規。

為了早鳥票優惠、用網路買免排隊，民眾透過其他管道購買展覽票券，但如果突然不能去看展想退票，這可就麻煩了！消基會指出，有85%的展覽活動官網購票頁面都沒有說明退票機制，35%約定主辦單位可隨時更改活動內容，甚至標列「售出概不退還」的字樣，明顯有違法情形。

消基會指出，依消保法《藝文展覽票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項》規定，主辦單位必須詳列退票機制，而只要是在展期結束前期間，民眾都能持票向主辦單位退費，並沒有限制退費期限，但博客來、丹堤咖啡、兩廳院及華娛售票卻限制消費者退票期限，雖然利用ibon管道購買的票券仍可到現場退票，但需扣10%手續費，透過其他管道購票的民眾，只要超過10天期限就無法退票。

消基會認為，藝文展覽主辦單位應設定相同的退票辦法，即使退票需要到原先購買的通路辦理，各售票通路基本的退票期限、手續費等應該有相同模式，而不是依各購票通路規定，導致消費者退票權益受影響，如果違反法規情節重大的業者，也可能因此遭停止營業或勒令歇業。

消基會提醒，即使業者自行明定不退票、主辦單位有權更動活動時間內容等，消費者都可主張條款無效，另外，消費者在購票前，除了先知道展覽購票相關規定，也要謹慎評估是否能夠在活動結束前參觀展覽，再決定購買展覽票，避免產生消費糾紛。
