除了漂亮的金屬一體化機身，HTC One的UltraPixels超級攝像頭拍照也是其主打的功能。不過在目前，HTC One卻被曝出了拍照問題。
部分用戶日前在XDA-Developers、Reddit等不同論壇抱怨稱，在拍照時，照片會偏紫色、紅色或是藍色。在室內或是夜間等弱光環境下，問題表現的尤為明顯。
在用戶抱怨紛紛之後，HTC目前終於進行了官方回應。HTC目前在回覆意大利網站HDBlog的郵件中宣稱，這個問題是由某種特定環境的光線造成的，並表示這個問題會在未來的軟件版本更新中得到解決。
也就是說，這一拍照問題應該是軟件問題，HTC One用戶可以稍微鬆一口氣。
另外，如果用戶不願等待更新，只要手機還處於保修狀態下，用戶可前往HTC售後更換一台新的設備。
