筆電有線網路問題

最近跟同學搬到外面
我的筆電接網路線,網路會斷斷續續的,很誇張一直斷線
我同學接我的網路,用分享器分享給他的桌電,他根本不會斷
我也試過不用分享器直接用,可是還是會一直斷
這是筆電跟桌電的穩定性嗎?
我接家裡面的網路線,從來沒有斷線過,還是網路的問題?
請問這要從何下手?
要打去ADSL請人來檢查,還是可以自行解決
請熟知網路方面的專家幫忙解答,謝謝
