承認王院長身分　林鴻池尷尬：權責單位認定

【李英婷／台北報導】國民黨撤銷王金平黨籍，雖然中選會認定王金平已喪失立委資格，不再是立法院長，但王金平仍堅持自己還有權力行使立法院長職權，因此今早再度回到立院主持朝野協商。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池也準時步入協商會場。 林鴻池強調，自己會出席，是希望把握各種協商機會，讓行政院長江宜樺施政報告、審計長的人事同意權案，及各項重大法案推動，都能順利進行。

至於是否承認王金平的身分，林說，這必須由權責單位去認定。 而若在野堅持只在王金平簽署的朝野協商結論才簽字，林說，這是假設性問題，而且還要看協商結論是什麼，因此到時候在臨場應變，黨目前並沒有談論這個問題。
