捉拿性侵兒童犯　美開發APP

【綜合報導】美國國土安全部為有效捉拿性侵兒童犯，除了張貼傳統紙本通緝令，現在也利用智慧型手機，開發一款新APP，讓更多民眾可以幫忙捉拿要犯，協助當局對抗兒童色情。

這款APP除了會提供性侵性侵兒童案的新聞，而會將全國戀童淫魔的照片及資料公佈，而APP會讓知情民眾透過電郵或電話提供線索。
