輕颱萬宜生成　轉向日本機率較大

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】位於關島東北方海面的熱帶性低氣壓今天凌晨增強為今年第18號輕度颱風萬宜（Man-yi，香港命名，當地水庫名）。中央氣象局指出，萬宜凌晨2時的位置在關島北方870公里的海面上，也就是在鵝鑾鼻東方2560公里海面，以每小時19公里速度，向西北進行。

氣象局預測，它會先往西北朝日本方向接近，後天到下周一預計是它轉向的關鍵期，目前預測有較大機率是受到鋒面系統牽引往東北方遠離，由於預報仍有變數，氣象局正密切觀察它的最新動態。日本氣象廳和美軍最新預測也都認為，萬宜未來路徑會轉向東北，朝日本方向前進。
