敘利亞入禁化武公約　聯合國已獲文件

【綜合報導】聯合國調查敘利亞化學武器攻擊報告預定下周一出爐，敘國總統阿塞德（Bashar al-Assad）昨首度鬆口，同意將化武移交國際社會監管，他還嗆美國，若不放棄威脅敘利亞，他就不配合。美國國務卿凱瑞日前稱敘國若交出化武可免兵災，如今阿塞德親自表態配合，國際社會將如何應對，仍待觀察。

阿塞德昨接受俄羅斯國營電視台專訪，指敘國接受俄國所提的交出化武建議，但「與美國的威脅無關」，將人情全都做給俄國老大哥，他還反嗆美國應先放棄武嚇。阿塞德稱，敘利亞會向聯合國遞交簽署《禁止化學武器公約》相關資料，並在加入該公約一個月後開始遞交化武清單。聯合國台灣時間今凌晨稱已收到敘利亞的相關文件。
