被控關說　陳守煌：王金平確有「關心」

【丁牧群／台北報導】特偵組今認定法務部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉嫌接受立法院長王金平關說，對承辦檢察官施壓，希望她針對立委柯建銘的全民電通背信案無罪判決，不要提起上訴。陳守煌接受《蘋果》訪問時證實：「王(金平)院長有來關心。」
 
陳受訪坦白說：「法務部經常拜託立法院支持我們的法案及預算，所以王金平院長關心的事，我當然要轉告檢察官，否則我就是懈怠職務。」陳守煌坦承曾找林秀濤「討論」王金平的建議，但沒有叫她不可以上訴。
 
陳強調：「我是基督徒不能說謊，曾勇夫部長從沒向我提過柯建銘案件，而且檢方沒有上訴後，我也沒向王金平回報。」
