曾勇夫涉關說 監院依輪值程序處理

監委程仁宏6日上午指出，法務部長曾勇夫涉關說案，監院將依慣例，於案件送抵監察院後，由當日的輪值監委核批，送由監院業務處，再依程序轉由監委調查。

程仁宏最近調查基隆市長張通榮涉拍桌關說案，兩次彈劾未過，意外引爆監察院長與監委間的對立及爭議，在後續提出調查報告後，公布張通榮關說內容，也讓國人更清楚真相。

程仁宏說，從曾勇夫案與張通榮案，顯示關說文化仍存在行政部門。監院會監督法務部門，在制度面是否現行法制，不足以保護公務員抗拒關說，未來有必要推動內部舉發人保護法制，類似美國「吹哨者保護法」，以保護舉發者可能的權益受損。
