【綜合報導】來自遼寧大連，現年24歲的臧怡，沉迷玩手機遊戲，每天玩超過6小時，連續10多天後，雙眼劇痛難耐，之後眼睛就睜不開，緊急赴醫求助。醫生表示，臧怡出現眼底黃斑病變徵兆，如果不及時治療，將有失明危險。

眼科專家任翠瑩表示，手機發出的藍光會刺激視網膜，如果長時間盯着手機螢幕，會加速視網膜的老化，她建議可以將手機螢幕的亮度，調得柔和些，強光和昏暗條件下，盡量不要長時間看手機螢幕。
