hTC內賊案 檢調提訊吳建宏

（中央社記者劉世怡台北5日電）檢調偵辦HTC內賊案，調查局今天首次提訊在押的設計部處長吳建宏，清查他涉收回扣、洩密至大陸以及詐領設計費等細項。

宏達電公司今年8月間，對首席設計師、設計部副總簡志霖、處長吳建宏及工程師黃弘毅提出告訴，指控3人涉嫌勾結合作廠商威信通信公司虛報設計費逾新台幣1100萬元、向3家廠商收取回扣數百萬元，以及疑似洩漏公司的營業祕密至中國大陸。

檢調上週發動搜索及約談行動，查扣簡志霖及吳建宏的電腦，裡頭檔案包含手機設計、圖表、客戶名單及相關報表。檢察官訊問簡志霖、吳建宏後，將兩人聲請羈押禁見獲准。

辦案人員查出，簡志霖及吳建宏等人涉嫌帶著「HTC未公布、研發中的動物、知名人物圖形介面」前往大陸向當地手機廠商公開做簡報，但兩人均辯稱「這不是機密」。

檢調近日清查簡、吳兩人遭查扣的電腦及相關卷證，傳訊專家解讀檔案，今天則首次提訊在押的吳建宏到調查局北部機動站訊問，進一步釐清案情。1020905
