如果是一般的雇傭關係政府公告颱風假依勞基法而言員工可以不出勤但若是承攬關係呢比如 a公司把保全的業務外包給b公司並在契約中明定每日要有10名保全人員上班 b公司若未遵守規定 a公司就減付承攬金颱風假當天 a公司還是要有保全人員看守 b公司可以拒絕出勤嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.20.28
