經部治水報告烏龍　江揆：3個月內檢討成效

【徐珮君／台北報導】經濟部昨在國民黨中常會把舊的6年6百億治水計畫列入書面報告，被批搞烏龍。行政院長江宜樺在行政院會重申，治水工作是延續性的重要施政，應由中央與地方不分黨派共同嚴肅面對，從整體國土規劃角度著眼，不要落入外界所批評的「頭痛醫頭、腳痛醫腳」，應先釐清淹水原因。但積極爭取治水預算的五都副首長都未發言。

江宜樺指出，他已請副院長毛治國召集專案小組 3個月內檢討過去易淹水地區水患治理計畫（即8年8百億計畫）成效，不預設任何立場，深入完整地分析與檢討，從國土防災、綜合治水、立體防洪、流域治理等面向，釐清真正有效的治理策略，提出下一階段的治水方案，再根據治水策略籌措相關經費，讓編列的經費都能花在刀口上，發揮最大效益。
