嚴明說明年國防預算未減列

國防部長嚴明上任近一個月，今天首次到立法院拜會立委，希望立委支持國防部政策與法案。針對民進黨批評民國103年度國防預算，占國內生產毛額比率再度下降，嚴明表示，103年度跟102年度預算完全一樣，沒有減列，只是在比例上從去年2.67%降到2.5%，但實際價值是一樣的。

至於民進黨質疑募兵制預算越編越少？嚴明說，為了因應募兵制，今年人員維持費增加200多億元。
