台4廠遭美調查侵權　日任天堂也上榜

【綜合報導】美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）今天決定，將對台灣旺宏電子、宏碁、華碩與友訊科技等電子廠商，啟動快閃記憶體晶片相關專利侵權調查。 

在上月1日一間登記在加州的飛索半導體（Spansion LLC）ITC提出申請，指控宏碁等台灣、日本以及在美國的廠商侵害該公司快閃記憶體晶片相關專利，並要求ITC發布全面禁制令（general exclusion order）及暫停與停止銷售令（cease and desist orders）。今日ITC正式投票同意展開調查，但沒有明確調查完成時間表。

據了解，台灣4家電子大廠，包括旺宏電子、宏碁、華碩電腦以及友訊科技，都在這次ITC調查名單內；而日本任天堂株式會社，也是這次侵權調查對象。
