宏遠證與豐興證合併恐破局

【高佳菁／台北報導】宏遠證（6015）與豐興證合併恐破局，宏遠證發言人林秀鴻今天表示，今召開股東臨時會討論合併案，但因豐興大股東堅持主導權，不同意雙方合併，在出席股東未達法定開會標準，無法就合併相關事宜討論，將擇期召開董事會討論合併案後續處理。
 
林秀鴻說，由於該大股東持股高達3成，為了讓合併案能順利執行，會積極與該股東協商，若雙方在未來1個月仍無法達成共識，那麼就會放棄此次合併案，並宣布破局。
