根據互動百科解釋，女友膝枕，2000年曾在日本上市，它外型仿造女性下半身模樣，讓單身族可以體驗就像靠在女友大腿的感覺，不過，這款獵奇枕頭2013年又捲土重來，吸引網友搶購。

外形

日本業者推出的女友膝枕是以身高165公分的女性為範本，外型只出現下半身的模樣，消費者可以依照自己的喜好為『假女友』穿上裙裝或褲裝，此外，膝枕的小腿可自由彎曲變成跪姿，讓單身族可以體驗躺在另一半膝上的甜蜜感覺。

售價

目前(2013年)-在東京和成田機場免稅店都買得到，售價約6900日元，因市場詢問度超高，在日本購物網站一推出就銷售一空。
