民進黨團籲　政府編1年100億元治水預算

【黃揚明／台北報導】中南部豪雨成災，民進黨團今舉行記者會要求中央政府應編列足夠治水預算。幹事長高志鵬說，國民黨執政後治水預算一年編得比一年少，為避免水患再發生政府不應再阻擋、消極不編列治水預算，他也呼籲經濟部應收回已送到立院的預算，至少編列1年100億治水預算。

高志鵬還痛批：「馬英九，你這個水母總統，不管你怎麼愛玩水，你要知道，老百姓不想再泡水了。」黨團書記長吳秉叡說，民進黨執政時編列許多治水預算，但明年中央政府編列的治水預算，水利署僅14億多，內政部營建署2億多，農委會5億多元，加總只有約23億元。吳痛批：「如果人的食衣住行、居住安全不是政府施政重點，不知道這個政府還能做什麼！」
