6歲以下禁補習美語　家長批管太多

【綜合報導】行政院會昨通過《補習教育法》修正草案，規定補習班招收未滿6歲幼兒，課程僅限有助幼兒身體律動、藝術才能為範圍，並以活動及實作方式進行。因此坊間招收學齡前幼兒美語、心算、數學等補習班課程，都將被禁止。

教育部終身教育司長熊宗樺解釋，新修法限制未滿六歲幼兒的學習方式應為「身體律動」和「藝術才能」，幼兒學英語、心算不是不行，但要用「遊戲式教學」，不鼓勵書寫單字、背誦文章。若業者以傳統授課方式教幼兒英語等科目，將可罰十萬至五十萬元。對此，美語補習班業者批政策荒謬，家長認為政府管太多了。
