中央銀行26日公布7月日平均貨幣總計數M1B及M2年增率雙雙上揚，並續呈現黃金交叉線型，其中M1B年增率上揚至8.63%，創2011年4月以來新高，M2年增率也上升至5.42%，創2011年11月以來的新高，而M1B日均餘額逾新台幣12.8兆元續創新高，顯示股市資金動能充裕。
此外，根據央行統計，今年1至7月日平均貨幣總計數M1B、M2年增率分別為6.41%及4.08%。
央行指出，7月外資淨匯入27.68億美元，加上7月上市櫃公司現金股息發放達1895億元，國軍退除役官兵及公教人員退休俸發放、企業為因應現金股息的發放，將海外資金匯回，都使得M1B及M2年增率雙雙上揚。
同時，受到復徵證所稅的影響，去年7月外資淨匯出逾27億美元，M1B年增率2.88%，比較基期低，也使得今年7月M1B年增率上升至8.63%，創2011年4月以來的新高。
至於M1B及M2日平均餘額則逾12.8兆元、34.6兆元續創新，其中活期存款11.67兆元、定期存款21.8兆元、外匯存款逾3.18兆元也都創下新高，顯示市場上資金動能充沛。
根據央行統計，7月準備貨幣日平均數為2兆9418億元，較6月增加114億元。其中，金融機構存放本行準備金增加113億元，流通中通貨 (通貨發行額扣除央行庫存現金)增加1億元。7月日平均準備貨幣年增率為7.76%，較6月的7.73%上升0.03個百分點。累計今年1至7月日平均準備貨幣的平均年增率為6.79%，較去年同期的5.01%為高。
另外，7月底全體貨幣機構放款與投資月增率(以成本計價)為0.98%，較6月底為高；年增率由6月底的5.93%微幅降為5.92%，主要因銀行對民間部門及公營事業債權成長減緩所致。若包括人壽保險公司放款與投資，並加計全體貨幣機構轉列的催收款及轉銷呆帳金額，以及直接金融，則全體非金融部門取得資金總額年增率為5.06%，高於6月底的4.76%。
