食在難安╱北市抽驗蛋餅皮　近3成違添防腐劑「苯甲酸」

〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕軟Ｑ的蛋餅是不少人早午餐的最愛，卻得當心防腐劑跟著吃下肚。台北市衛生局今（26）天公布最新的麵製品、米濕製品抽驗結果，其中特別針對以往較少抽驗的早餐店「蛋餅皮」加強稽查，結果抽驗11件當中、就有3件被檢出不得使用的防腐劑「苯甲酸」，不合格率近3成，來源均來自新北市鼎源（華新）企業行。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/life/~4/rO05H8UTVfw" height="1" width="1"/>
