（中央社記者潘智義台北26日電）富蘭克林投顧指出，隨著下半年至明年美國復甦動能加速、需求回溫，歐洲財政政策由撙節轉向促進經濟成長，預期美歐需求對於亞洲國家出口，將不再是拖累。

富蘭克林投顧表示，中國大陸7月出口自6月的下滑3.1%回復至正成長5.1%，優於市場預期，7月進口也自6月的下滑0.7%回復至正成長10.9%。南韓7月出口狀況改善，由6月的下滑1.0%回復至正成長2.1%。

富蘭克林投顧強調，看好亞洲消費趨勢發展，以中小型股挖掘利基市場投資機會。

另外，高盛證券日前指出，受惠美國房市回溫帶動復甦，以及歐洲經濟狀況趨穩，預估全球2013下半年、2014、2015年GDP成長率將分別達3.1%、3.8%、4.1%，優於2013上半年的2.7%與過去10年平均的3.6%。
