北市買房　總價2000萬內最熱門

【張菱育／台北報導】雙北市購屋壓力冠居全台，但是熱門的主要購屋總價，仍以平價宅最受歡迎，根據房仲業者統計，今年7月台北市網路住宅物件點閱最熱門的總價，為1000~1999萬元間，佔36.5%；新北市則為600~999萬最受青睞，占29.9%。

根據永慶房仲網7月的住宅物件點閱統計，雙北市網路住宅熱門總價，台北市平均開價1570萬元、屋齡22.6年；新北市平均開價則為，840萬、屋齡21年，且熱搜前幾名區，屋齡皆高於平均屋齡。永慶房產集團網媒事業處協理高翠屏表示，買方購屋不在意屋齡限制，總價、路段區域為購屋主要考量因素。
