劉政鴻：大埔跟南鐵案不同

苗栗縣長劉政鴻今天表示，大埔案採「區段徵收」，農地重劃區內的地主，政府將還給原土地的46%，非重劃區的則為41%。對於外界拿大埔案與台南鐵路地下化案相比，劉政鴻則說，前者創造商機後還利於民，後者則採一般徵收，政府付錢地主就得被徵收，這是兩者間「最大差別」。
