圓仔吸奶 保育員全程觀察

台北市立動物園23日表示，大貓熊為胎盤類動物，但是牠們的寶寶和有袋類動物無尾熊、袋鼠、負鼠一樣都是早產兒，尚未發育完全時便產出。大貓熊的寶寶出生後，有很長一段時間都必須依賴媽媽協助，才能喝到奶以獲得養分。因此「圓仔」從剛出生，直到重返媽媽「圓圓」的懷抱，保育員都一直密切的注意牠是否有喝到母乳。由於圓圓有5個乳頭，保育員須仔細觀察，注意圓仔是否平均吸奶。
