納指技術問題半小時解決　等待只為有序復原

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】納斯達克交易所表示，造成交易停擺的技術問題其實在30分鐘內就解決了，但相關機構多認為，匆匆恢復交易，不如確定市場完全準備好再重新啟動，才在所有相關交易所、銀行、監管當局及市場參與者均協調好之後，有秩序地恢復交易。
 
納斯達克交易所並表示，在交易停擺初期，於台北時間今天凌晨12時14分03秒至12時:23分31秒間完成的交易仍然成立。
