其實我是不太借車的每次有人要借車我就會一副屎臉但這次整個部門下台中出差只開了兩輛車，我是其中一台有個主管要借車去找客戶，我也就借他了結果開出去沒五分鐘就發生事情..... 這種事就是自認倒楣主管也很阿薩利的買了一台同年同款的二手車賠我但原來的車有些東西我才換不久，如電瓶、雨刷、輪胎問題來了現在壞掉的車由於有保險公司的介入所以我不能動裡面的配件雙方責任各一半我有第三責任險我想問的是第一對方的車可以由我的第三責任險來賠一半，另一半他的全險會賠賠完後，他的的全險是不是會再來跟我求償(有的話其實會是我主管付啦) 第二我方的車，我方付一半的的維修費用，對方的第三責任險也付一半修好了以後所有權還是我嗎? 我擔心的是我沒法換裡面的配件...... 新的這台二手車我已經換了兩條輪胎.....另兩條要用舊車的，我不想再破費了.... 以後還是不要借車..... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.157.31 ※ 編輯: handsten 來自: 60.251.157.31 (08/23 14:44)
