中國人買房　歐盟窮國「送」居留證

【綜合報導】歐盟有許多國家包括希臘、葡萄牙、賽普勒斯等國家，因為國家資金拮据，現在祭出一項新政策來「籌錢」，就是吸引經濟實力堅強的中國人，來到這些窮國家買房子，這些國家隨即「贈送」居留證，以滿足部份中國人希望順利通行歐盟國家的願望。

據了解，希臘和賽普勒斯的「門檻」只需25~30萬歐元(約新台幣1000~1200萬元)，葡萄牙則是50萬歐元(約新台幣2000萬元)。若中國人在此買房，就有機會獲得歐盟居留證，享有部份歐盟福利，包括可以在26個國家自由出入境。
