林杰樑明告別式政院頒獎章

毒物專家林杰樑明將在第二殯儀館舉辦告別式，行政院也將派衛生福利部次長林奏延，授予其「行政院三等功績獎章」，以表彰林杰樑的貢獻。

衛生福利部發言人王哲超說，林杰樑長期奉獻在腎臟病患的醫療照顧，以及毒藥物的防治推廣與研究，在食安問題上也提供政府相當多的建言，因此行政院將給予表揚。
